Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Great cooktop...while it worked!

Edocampo 1/15/2016

3 years ago we purchased a 45 year old home which we gutted and upgraded beautifully and decided to "splurge" on high-end appliances. Electrolux seemed to fit the bill just right! Fidge, wall oven, hybrid induction cook top and dish washer. All was going well for the first 2 years and then all went downhill! First the dishwasher main board and pump ($800), then the Fridge ice maker tray ($250) and then 'E-32' showed up on my cooktop. From several reviews I have read this is a COMMON defect that could cost $800-$1200 to fix! This 'splurge' has been the most expensive investment in my renovation project thus far!!! I should have stuck to the reliable and more cost effective appliances I have been purchasing in my previous homes.Better NAME brand DOES NOT guarantee that you will get better quality or service. Save your money and stick to regular brands. Very disappointed.

Best Cooktop Ever

Katey 5/1/2014

This appliance is outstanding! Nothing can top the amount of MINIMAL time it takes to heat up food or water. Simply amazing! I am so happy with this purchase, clean-up is a breeze, functionality cannot be compared. In the past I always had gas cook tops-be gone those to the past. This cook top is far superior to those.

Max Live 5 years

Eduardo Ch 1/31/2014

I bought this cooktop, 5 years and three month ago. and it was top price then , I liked the idea to have both options, Induction and ceramic in the same cooktop. At the time the store offered me an extended warranty which I purchased, 5 years a three months later Error 32 start flashing all over and no one of the cooking options will work, I did some research and I found that this is a very common problem a bad design electric board will bring that error often.I contacted the manufacture to give me an authorized repair person contact, the business I called will charge 100 bucks to see it, not to repair it, I paid the money the repair will cost between 600 to 800 bucks, ( for another 700 you get a new cooktop and of better quality)The cooktop has many other problems of design, the stainless steel borders accumulate debris, grease etc, and are very hard to keep clean. The digital controls are well designed but the sensitivity is not always accurate to the touch, time works fine, and I must admit that when was working I was very pleased with the way induction cooked. However changing every five years for another cook top is not acceptable neither to pay half the price of a new one for a repair.Need a cooktop look for another brand.

Never go bck

I live in the country and natural gas is not available. For years I struggled with a regular electric stove; often burning things after turning them down to a lower temperature. The induction system is absolutely wonderful. When you turn it down, it actually cools off immediately. So it has the best feature of natural gas, but without the dangerous feature of a burning flame. I love it.

Cooking hot in Tucson

treasures in tucson 8/3/2012

We purchased an older home last year and replaced all of the appliances. I originally wanted a gas cooktop but, alas, no gas in our 'hood. I thought about going with an induction cooktop but hated to give up all my tried and true pots and pans. Went with the hybrid and LOVE IT!! I did buy new pots and pans for that side of the cooktop, and am always amazed at how quickly it heats up and cools off....just like gas! And can still cook my old tried and true recipes in the pots that are part of my family on the left side of the cooktop. Both sides function amazingly well, and the cooktop is beautiful.

Simply Amazing

toothmomdi 8/2/2012

We have had each generation of smoothtop since their debut. This is the best ever and the size is great for the amount of cooking that we do. Burners are big enough for our larger pots and heat up amazingly fast, the layout of them allows for easy access also. Can't wait for first party to debut it!

I like it a lot!

Arkansas Cook 8/2/2012

I wanted to purchase an induction cooktop for my new home. After looking at a lot of cooktops, I decided to get the Electrolux hybrid cooktop on the recommendation of a salesperson. It was an excellent suggestion. I had a difficult time finding cookware that worked with induction and were the right size and look. I am able to use my copper pans that do not work with induction. The cooktop works really well. It took me a while to learn how to use it, but I really like it. The induction temperature settings are very precise. When you have it set on 6 and turn it down to 5, the temperature change is really quick. My cooktop is installed in an island. I think the flat, black look is really attractive. It is quite easy to clean. I chose one with stainless trim, but it would be easier to clean the one without trim. The cooktop is really smart. It knows when you lay something on it that doesn't belong and dings until you move it. I'm really happy with my hybrid cooktop.

This is really a great cooktop! It really does work like they say it will. The only thing to keep in mind with this is that the two induction burners only work with certain metal pots. Not the coated cookware.

Wonderful cooktop

sandyg 8/2/2012

We LOVE this cooktop!! We especially love the way we can heat water for rice and spaghetti in almost no time flat, and we also appreciate the way induction cooking does not heat up the kitchen. The other electric cooking spots are fine, too - much faster than the burners we replaced. If I had known how great induction cooking is, I would have gotten the whole cooktop in that mode - I do believe it is as responsive as gas.We do not have natural gas available where we live.
