Why did we wait so long?

After sufferning through too many burned cookies and cakes, or undercooked pies in the 'builder's special' that came with the house we went for the best. This is the most accurate, quiet and reliable oven we have ever owned. We skeptically tried the automatic turkey probe, as many ovens and microwave tout these features, and we could not believe how good the turkey came out at the end of the cycle. We literally inserted the probe, hit the button and did not touch it again until the alarm went off. It is truly amazing and we wish we would have purchased this sooner!

Love this oven!

This oven was bought after our original double oven had to be replaced twice due to malfunctions with the cleaning feature and overheating. Was a little apprehensive at the cost but am so glad that we went with this oven. The features are wonderful and the cooking is superb. We just made an excellent 14 lb prime rib using the temperature probe and it was absolutely delicious. If you are considering this oven; just get it - you won't be disappointed.

Reset Button

This unit was installed in March of 2011. The first time we cleaned the bottom oven the reset button in back of the unit engaged. We had to wait over a month to get service to reset the button. The oven was set to clean for only an hour. Don't know what will happen the next time we try to clean it. Can't pull it every time after cleaning. Unit is to heavy for one person to handle.

number on clock has gone out

We've had the double oven installed 3/11/11 and a number on the clock has already gone out. We've been told if that's already gone out then be prepared for the whole panel to go out.
