We have had this dryer for a couple of weeks now and we love. It seems really well built, and it's quiet. That is huge for me, our old one would wake the dead. The lint filter is a really nice double design, which works well for use since I have five cats. It catches an unbelievable amount of cat hair. The touch buttons on the front are nice and sensitive with audio feedback making it easy to select the settings you want. We hope it lasts for years. And bonus it came in blue ?? when it comes time for a new washer we will more than likely get the corresponding washer model.

I had been looking on line for a new washer dryer set. Top of the list features I wanted, bulking items for towels and blankets, I can choose the size of the load to dry, the heat choice, extra spins before drying, wrinkle reduction and if you have pets, the refresh selection. Need pet hair removed or odors removed. Boom press a buttom and items done, who knew a dryer had that ability. I bought the risers with the drawers. This made it the prefect level to reach in without bending down and hurting my back. The Glacier Blue color just makes me smile everytime I walk in the laundry room.

Have had the machines for a little over 2 weeks. The washer on the final spin cycle is loud but overall the machine does a good job. The dryer seems to take a little longer than I'd like drying towels but still experimenting with the settings. Happy with purchase so far.

Our old washer and dryer were over 20 years old, so we knew it was only a matter of time. We talked with some friends who were told by their repair service that they should consider only Electrolux products. In addition, Electrolux was the only brand offering a blue color, on which my wife was insisting. They matched our laundry room colors perfectly. They were on sale, so we made the purchase that day. From the first load of wash, we knew we made a great decision. The washer and dryer are very easy to use. The wash came out very clean and the dryer did an amazing job on the clothes - no wrinkles. The towels came out whiter and softer than ever before. We love the flexibility with the detergent and additives. The chimes are very pleasant and a relief from the old units' loud buzzer.

We are especially fond of the Ice Blue Color of this dryer. The lint filter is extraordinary in its fine mesh and easy of cleaning.While this is a "Perfect Steam" Dryer we would have had to reconfigure the plumbing to use this feature.

We replaced a 20+ year old Kenmore set with this dryer and the matching washer a few weeks ago, and it works great. It's quieter and a bit larger. I really like knowing how long the dry will take, but my favorite feature is the stream function for both removing static from the load and for doing a quick refresh, especially with sweaters that have been in storage.

We just purchased our new Electrolux washer and dryer to replace our previous Electrolux set that we had for over 17 years. The washer was still working, but the dryer was going. We would™€™ve kept our washer, but we wanted the set to match. I love the smaller footprint of the newer machines, and I love the design of the options across the front. It makes it so easy to go left to right and make your selections for each load, and the machine also auto selects the best fit for the wash type you were doing. Our old machine did not do that.

We just got these after our old Samsung finally gave up. So far the washer and dryer have been great! Our Samsung appliances we had nothing but problems and so far we have had no problems with these Electrolux. The steam feature works nicely to get the wrinkles out. I previously never used the auto feature because I never bothered reading the instructions. I always thought the auto never worked, HOWEVER after reading the Electrolux instructions I learned that you just have to change the settings (higher or lower to get it to the dry temp you need) when you put it on auto sense and then you can actually set it and forget it and it really does work! There's even a wrinkle release button to hit so the clothes stay fresh. So far we are loving our new washer & dryer!

I love this dryer! We purchased this when our old dryer died and it works great! It dries my clothes in half the time the old one did, has a large drum and can fit a king size comforter, and the lint trap is large size. We are a pet family and it actually gets all the pet hair of our clothes.

This washer does a great job cleaning clothes. Didn't think it would be better than my old LG, but clothes seem so much cleaner! Seems to be better on water consumption too. It's very quiet. Only nit is that the doors are now plastic vs real glass, but as long as the seal is good, it doesn't matter. Great product.

Damages clothing

This is a terrible machine. A defective moisture sensor has ruined hundreds of dollars of clothing and sheets. Electrolux sent a repair person that told us we were washing our clothes wrong (clearly misidentifying the problem), but it continued to happen. We finally had to work with an independent repair person who found the issue, but Electrolux will not reimburse for all the damage done. I completely regret this purchase and will never buy Electrolux again. I suggest you look elsewhere.
