Looks great and shelving and drawers are good.  Two really bad points: ice maker is awkward and poor quality.  Have replaced it twice.   It doesn't properly fit and ice always spills into the shelves. Worst feature: door handle.  It comes off.  Screws strip out of the metal it is screwed into.  There is no bolt to anchor it within the door.  We had to take the door apart ourselves and put wood blocks behind it to anchor the screws

Sometimes I found the freezer was totally frosted inside. The ice maker gave us a problem l.  Looks like a a high end freezer for half the coast.  I've only had it for a few months so I'd like to follow up in a year to give it a full review.

I needed to replace an old Sub-Zero but didn't want to spend a fortune and had to find a new freezer that would fit into the rather shallow space. The Electrolux I bought filled the bill in every way. I'm very pleased with its features and appearance.

As part of building a new home, we bought the freezer and companion frig after seeing both at a friend's house. We loved the overall built-in look and were impressed with the performance history and warranties associated with the product. We've had it for almost one year now and have never regretted it. Works great. never and problems. Would but it again if I had to.

I got this on sale from Lowe's with a matching fridge, and together they look very well and very "expensive" (which, in my opinion, most of sub-zero/thermador/etc. buyers are going for). Really like the space they offer, It's nice that it has modern features like LED lighting - coming from Samsung in the previous house, I wouldn't even consider a fridge with traditional bulbs. Can't speak for reliability as it hasn't been a year yet. I deduct one star in quality for couple of reasons:- it's not the quietest unit. It's not loud, but the above mentioned Samsung was quieter. - the water supply valve is sticking out in the back, preventing completely flush installation with 24" cabinets.

the main problem we are experiencing is frost build up. The freezer is not left open or even opened that often. I will reach in in the morning to get out icepacks and there is frost everywhere. I also don't love the drawer design. Our only other option were really expensive sub zeros, so at least this cost much less.

Wanted the Sub Zero look without the price.  This Freezer holds everything and more.  Freezer door drawer for ice cream keeps it just the right softness/hardness so you can scoop it without bending the soon.  Drawers move in and out smoothly.

We built our new kitchen around the measurements of all new appliances. We loved the look of our new stand alone freezer and stand alone refrigerator with the trim kit. The freezer immediately formed  a rectangle of condensation on the exterior. In a 2'x4' area. We called and they sent a new door as a replacement. The new door was difficult for the technician to replace. After installation he new door had the same rectangle of condensation on the interior plus now we had to chip  frost away on the inside of the freezer. This was now an additional problem. They then replaced the entire freezer with a new one with identical condensation problems as the first. In two weeks they are going to once again try to replace the door of the unit but told us this door would be specially made.  We hope that will be the solution. Holding our breath.

good customer service and overall satisfaction

Overall we are definitely satisfied with our decision. We have just remodeled our kitchen and were looking for a custom built-in look without the price tag. We decided on the Electrolux because it was one step-up from the entry level and multiple dollars less than the next. My husband is a hunter and we also like to overcook then stock individual meals for later use. This freezer has plenty of storage space and a nice selection of compartments and door shelves. It's relatively quiet and fits very well into our kitchen design.The built-in bezel wasn't exactly what we were expecting, we should have reviewed the specifications closer but it all worked out in the end.During the first 2-3 months the compressor seemed to be running a lot. We called Electrolux Customer Service, they were helpful and courteous. They contacted a local service provider and they were out to see us within a week. The service man and I determined that initially the unit wasn™€™t full enough to keep the internal temperature down. He also explained that a compressor life-span is shortened by the amount of times it kicks on and off. The Electrolux model is built to run but at lower power levels to keep the motor from turning on and off so much. We™€™ve packed it full and it seems to be working fine now.

i purchased the fridge and freezer together rather than purchasing a sub zero product mainly because of the extreme price difference. i also have your ice maker.the product is ok but the front is way too difficult to keep clean. much more so than sub zero products i've owned in the past.additionally, the drawers and baskets are abominable. i've had them replaced under warranty once already because they don't operate well and are crooked in their tracks etc. 2 months later the new drawers and baskets are doing it again. my wife wishes we had never purchased the products and can't wait for them to go out so we can buy new ones and honestly, as disappointed as she is i wish i had never purchased them.
