I bought this refrigerator one year ago and it has been serviced 5 times. The ice maker NEVER worked. I did not buy the extended warranty so since it has been over a year Fridigare won™™t cover the ice maker. DO NOT BUY.

I did not have time to visit Lowes, only had 2 left, so I quickly bought on line. My mistake but what side by side has no deli tray???? Is there one available to add in? There is an extra set of wall mounts that are unused. Did Frigidaire just make the model cheaper by not including a deli tray? Very disappointed.

Seriously! A refrigerator with no deli tray. I did not know they made refrigerators without one. Is there nothing even compatible? Shame on me for buying this product without doing my due diligence. Have had no issues as of yet ??.

Had fridge now for 14 days ans still doesnt work! Over 4 Hours on phone and 3 visits from a service tech and still Nothing!!!!!!!! Not willing to replace over $200 in grocerys that have spoiled! Will NOT recommend Frigidare for any appliance!!!!!!

I purchased my frig on the 19th of October and it™™s October 29 and it™™s been doing is saying high temp and my refrigerator side is not keeping cool but my freezer is don™™t know what to do help with solution I haven™™t had my frig no more then 2 weeks

Purchased this fridge on 9/7/2021 and it's 2 months out of warranty and started making this awful sound then a day later the warm sensor started going off and not it doesn't work at all. With no help from the manufacturer, I will have to buy a new fridge. First researching whoever owns this brand and not purchasing from them again. Of that's even possible! #monopolies.

There is a big opening between the crispers and the bottom shelf. Is there a deli drawer available? I can't believe one doesn't come with it! Why would anyone need 2 tall shelf openings? This is a ridiculous waste of space!

This is not a good fridge I only had it 5months and it™™s already having problems. High temp warning comes on freezer not freezing. These companies are a ripoff. They design these fridge to give you problems after a year but they are giving issues before the year hoping that people spend more money on extended warranties. There is no way a fridge that cost hundreds of dollars should be giving you problems before 5-10 years. Not to mention it takes them weeks to come fix the issue which means your food will go bad and more money lost. This is the worst experience ever.

Brand new Freezer works ok. Ice maker is great. Fridge won't cool below 60°. Today is Wednesday, July 26th. Not coming to look at it until August 5th.

5 months ago I was given a house with this brand of appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven) but I have had several problems with all of them, to start with the oven the door fell off, the dishwasher sounds too hard, and now the refrigerator It shows a high temperature signal, I have tried by various means to communicate with this company but I have not been able to, I think this will be my last option, I appreciate you contacting me because the appliances are relatively new and have. many faults.

I just bought the refrigerator and it doesn't had get cold on fridge side. I had to throw away 2 containers of rotten milk and 2 containers of half and half. I have my grandkids here half the week. They schedule an appointment and then canceled. Horrible service with no customer service.

Brand new refrigerator and it does not keep the food in the refrigerator cold. Dairy products spoil after 3 days. Customer service made an appointment and then canceled for a week later. Grandkids are here. Holiday is coming and I have an inadequate refrigerator.

Overall we like our new fridge. The one complaint are the glass shelves in the refrigerator side always seem to slide off on the front corner. It seems like it may need something to hold the shelf in place to keep it moving from side to side.

It does what it needs to do, keep stuff cold. But whenever you leave the door ajar, an alarm will go off, which is a good feature. Expect my fridge™™s system has malfunctioned and the alarm beeps no matter what I do. The fact that there™™s no easy way override or stop this obnoxious beeping is absolutely deplorable designing. I can click the ™Alarm Reset™ button but it only stops for 5 minutes. I will never buy a Frigidaire product again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
