We have our freezer packed full of various freezer meals, vegetables and meat and there™€™s so much room! It has the perfect number of shelves included and the shelves in the door add some extra space for small things like freezer packs and juice. We love the freeze boost option to quickly chill everything when we™€™ve had the door open for a bit while rearranging. Definitely would recommend.

It's hard to say how long this freezer will last, but I love that it is energy efficient, garage ready, made in the USA, has a very nice smooth finish that is easy to clean, plus many other nice features like a high temperature warning and a bright light on the inside as well as useful and adjustable shelves. I am replacing a small chest freezer made by Frigidaire that is 50 years old (and still working) . My guess is that this new one won't last that long but hopefully it will last long longer than I will last. I haven't had this freezer long but so far I like it. And upright is much handier than a chest freezer as far as getting stuff in and out and seeing what you have. I also appreciate that it was available at Lowe's for a price less than other good name brands.

Good upright freezer but came with a dent in the doir

So far, we are happy with the freezer, but it did come with a dent in the door and a paint mark on the inside after we removed the Styrofoam and plastic wrap that was supposed to protect it. We contacted Best Buy corporate and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It was best to talk to the store. The store just talked about starting a return. I wasn™€™t about to lug it back up the stairs for a dent in the door also the wire that runs along the bottom of the door does not stay in the track consistently so we had to use packaging tape to hold it up and prevent it from getting trapped or dragging when opening the door.

I've had it a month. It's in the garage, where it is cool but not cold. Pretty consistent temperature based on my thermometer. I like the glass shelves, and the interior is well designed to provide lots of usable space for the size. I got it on sale at Costco, so a good price and good value.

Had some shipping issues due ti holidays and New Years, But the freezer is functioning very well in the garage and the room inside is phenomenal. The upright freezer has replaced a much smaller chest freezer and the ability to easily find the items we are looking for with out digging is so much more useful. This is the first freezer only appliance I've ever purchased, but I have had "hand me down" chest freezers. And very much feel this upright freezer is a huge upgrade. Being able to fit all I had in the two smallish chest freezers I had into one upright freezer is fantastic. I no longer have to dig down into the freezer to see what I have hidden because nothing is hidden. better organization, and takes up less floor space.

This unit is well laid out and has a lot of space. The 1/4 beef we bought mostly fits in the bottom drawer - lots of additional room. The glass shelves are sturdy. The door swing is reversible- handy feature.

We absolutely LOVE our new garage freezer set up in our shed. It is so bright inside upon opening the door and so much room for storage! We now have room to store that half of a beef that we have been wanting to get. And we believe there will be room left over. It took under 8 hours to get to the proper temperature of zero. We expect this freezer will outlive us as our last Frigidaire freezer we bought is still running and is over 35 years old without a single repair.

After 47 years, our old garage freezer was constantly needing to be defrosted. After some research found this "garage ready" unit on sale at Costco. After being delivered and set up, we were ready to load it up with all the frozen foods removed from our old unit. We did have some problems with loading the same amount from our 20 cu.ft. freezer to the new same sized freezer. Unfortunately, the door shelves were inhibiting us from closing the door. You cannot load the glass shelves to the edge and we had to change the way we loaded the freezer. Playing "tetris" with frozen packages of beef was stressful, and not always successful. We solved the issue by buying 8 tension curtain rods (2 per shelf) to keep a required amount of space between items on the shelf and items on the door shelves. We are cautious each time opening the door to avoid a possible avalanche of frozen food on our feet.

Great product, received in good condition. The small panel on the front doesn't seem to stick well to the door but otherwise is in great working order. I had read some reviews that the shelves were loose or ill-fitting... and this doesn't seem to be the case any longer. The shelves were secure and would not shift or fail. My older freezer was only 3 inches shorter but seemed to be full at all times. When filling with the same contents from the old freezer - this handled it in style. More shelving, more door space, brighter with the LED light... and with the Energy Star rating I'm looking forward to a lower electric bill. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

Large freezer but shelves are short and there are large gaps between the back of the shelf and the back of the freezer so things fall through and much less usable space than expected. No indication of what the temperature in the freezer is. No lock. No door open alarm.

It cooled off quickly, stays between -6° and -9° on the recommended setting. Much quieter than my prior freezer from 1997. I™€™m not a fan of the newer refrigerant so I held out as long as I could to buy a new one. The shelves leave a bit to be desired, would have preferred metal shelves as the bow under weight from the meat. Either that or an additional shelf. I had to add plastic buckets to utilize all the washer vertical space. Overall I like it, bought the matching fridge and have the same complaints. Hopefully it last 25yrs.

Roomy, well designed , and functional. I am pleased . The only thing I would add is adding a how to remove the shelving to the booklet. It took me a minutes to realize it was a clip system that required force on the back of the shelf to remove.
